Thank you for using Ruaanya Fintech This Refund Policy explains our refund process and policies regarding the various services offered through our fintech platform, including but not limited to Mobile Recharge, DTH Recharge, Bill Payment, Cash Withdrawal by AEPS and Micro ATM, Money Transfer, Pan Card, Insurance and Insurance Payment, Loan and Loan Repayment, Bus Booking, Flight Booking, and Hotel Booking (collectively, the "Services").
1. Refund Eligibility
1.1 Mobile Recharge, DTH Recharge, Bill Payment
Once a mobile recharge, DTH recharge, or bill payment transaction is successfully processed through our platform, it is generally non-refundable. However, in case of a failed or incorrect recharge or payment, we will investigate the issue and if the error is determined to be on our end, we will refund the amount to your Pockket account or the original payment method used for the transaction.
1.2 Cash Withdrawal by AEPS and Micro ATM
Cash withdrawal transactions made through AEPS (Aadhaar Enabled Payment System) and Micro ATM services are final and cannot be refunded.
1.3 Money Transfer
Money transfer transactions are irreversible once successfully processed. It is essential to verify the recipient's details before initiating the transfer to avoid any errors. We are not responsible for incorrect transfers initiated by the user.
1.4 Pan Card, Insurance, Loan, Bus Booking, Flight Booking, Hotel Booking
Refund policies for Pan Card services, insurance products, loan applications, bus bookings, flight bookings, and hotel bookings are governed by the respective service providers' terms and conditions. We will facilitate refunds according to the policies set forth by these service providers.
2. Refund Process
2.1 Failed Transactions
In case of a failed transaction where payment has been debited from your account but the service has not been successfully provided, we will initiate a refund upon receiving confirmation of the failed transaction. The refund will be processed to your Pockket account or the original payment method used, depending on the circumstances.
2.2 Refund Requests
If you believe you are eligible for a refund due to an error or issue with a transaction, please contact our customer support team at support@suvidhaabnk.com within 7 days from the date of the transaction. Provide relevant details such as transaction ID, payment details, and a description of the issue. We will review your request and initiate the refund if it meets the eligibility criteria.
2.3 Refund Timeframe
Refunds will be processed as soon as possible, usually within 7 business days from the approval of the refund request. Please note that the actual time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on the payment method and your financial institution's processing times.
3. Non-Refundable Services
3.1 Digital Products and Services
Certain digital products or services, such as vouchers, digital downloads, or non-tangible goods, may not be eligible for refunds. This exclusion will be clearly stated at the point of purchase.
